This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from FatFools and how refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased from FatFools are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

   - Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

   - Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

   - Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

   - Final sale items

   - Gift cards

   - Custom or personalized items (unless defective or damaged upon receipt)


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

   - Contact Customer Service: Email our customer support team at sales@millibilli.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

   - Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the items in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify your request when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we will notify you if the item is unavailable. Please note that the return and shipping policies for exchanges are the same as for returns.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

   - Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If a gift card was used, the refund will be issued as a store credit.

   - Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

   - Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange it at no cost to you. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by FatFools. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


7. Non-Compliance with Policy

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy (e.g., items not in original condition or returned beyond the return window) may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
